We will always endeavour to help you if you find yourself in difficulties. You the customer have the following options available to you to limit your gambling activity with us:

Deposit Limits

Head to the My Profile section of your account and select responsible gambling. From here you can limit your deposits and set a deposit limit amount per day, per 7 days or 30 days. Once you select the maximum deposit amount and timeframe, click the confirm button and activate the limits with your password. Once confirmed by password, the system will automatically block you from depositing more once your thresholds are reached.

Temporary Account Deactivation

If you would like to take a break from betting on Easybet, you can temporarily deactivate your account for a set period. During this set period you will not be able to place any bets. Head to the MY PROFILE section of your account and select TEMPORARILY DEACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT. From here you can select how long you would like to deactivate your account. You can deactivate your account for 1 day, 7 days, or 30 days. If you require a longer deactivation period (more than 30 days), you will need to contact Support for manual processing. Please note that changes cannot be undone during the selected period.

Delete Your Account

If you would like to stop betting with us, you can permanently delete your account. Head to the 'My Profile' section of your account and select 'Delete My Account'. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to access it again. Please note that changes cannot be undone.
